Second episode of the series "Road to 3m Broad Jump" with an increment of 3 solid cm!
And I have Covid!
Still I'm not using my legs nearly as much as I should, my technique is so bad that I feel very positive. I have a lot of room for improvement.
Jumps are a very important part of my power training, and standing long jump, also called broad jump is a very good way to train lower body explosiveness.
Anyway, more than in other types of jumps, in the broad jump, the technique plays a very big role, thus it is very important to focus the training on both leg power and form of execution.
I don't give any evidence of the actual distance since it would be simply ridiculous and pathetic. I will, maybe, if and when I'll be around 275cm...

    Hi Alex, I can relate, ive been watching videos of some calisthenics elements in slow motion repeatedly for months and I still cant do them. The more difficult to achieve a goal the more satisfaction and pride when youll succeed!
