Variability improves ability.
My training can be seen as an endless repetition of increasingly more specialized GPP macrocycles.
The GPP macrocycles are composed by a well defined group of SPP mesocycles and microcycles with the ultimate goal to maximize both breadth (number of fitness categories) and depth (level of specialization).

1. Get saved by the Lord Jesus Christ immediately. 2. Read the King James bible daily. 3. Pray and give thanks for all things daily. Those are the main three things. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Amen Sub the channel.
You make it look easy man ! 😎
nothing above 6A, not that impressive but thanks
How to train for this type of jumps? How much distance can you achieve in 2 months of training?
Absolute tune in the background
Thats some insane grip strength!
My dad used to do tracks, and his standing long jump pb is 3.09m.I hope that one day I can break that through training 🦵
*Promosm*
Try to do it straight you ate lifting in diagonal, also work on your legs to keep them straight and strong as well, enjoy the process
Nice! Were you doing some specific workout? Could you recommend me some exercises? thanks!
I would recommend box jumps, single leg jumps, and make your legs more powerful with squats and indoor bike sprints. Also slackline can be beneficial for knee stability. Anyway, im not jumping much lately, i have to get back to it myself. Practice is very important.
Rather than taking a break you should try outdoor bouldering. Indoor bouldering comparibly sucks anyway
Nice job!
You managed to get the black one with the jump! 😎 At 3:06
Yep, I think I know how to do it again. Next Wed ill try to top all the blacks in the same session.
Nice video, bro. Imma start doing this routine now 🔥🔥
Well done kid, on to the blacks!
as soon as your shoulder is healed we repeat the challenge with mint and green together!
I'm in recovery mode myself, left tendons in elbow for me 😂Life be like that sometimes. Have a speedy recovery!
You too!
Smooth!
I have diabetes to🙀

Hit that like button 👍👍
Good job
Awesome jump! I usually do a few jumps in the park after some light exercise & stretches I do for hockey. You’ve inspired me to start measuring. I’m somewhere ~100 inches, not too bad for >50.
First time I have no experience normal long jump.
Normal long jump kitne cm hota hai.
Just nailed my first v4+ the other day, been climbing less than six months and im super excited about it
Same here, very excited. Unfortunately I have collected a few injuries so I can't climb like when I started. How often do you climb?
Nice!
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
Really enjoyed this little edit - good luck on getting to 7a, dude!!
thanks!
Good times!
Nice :) Me too, same goal than you, succeed a 7a :) (outside, lead)
Relating to my other post: This is nowhere near 6C+. You lack a lot of fundamentals for that grade. Correct footplacement and hooking technique just being two examples.
It doesn't take a genius to see im an absolute beginner with horrible form. I don't understand to whom you are trying to explain that since the only ones who cannot see that by themselves have zero knowledge of climbing.
What a strange comment. The grade of the boulder is established by the setters. The boulder may well be soft for the grade, but you wouldn't know unless you tried it, would you?
You don't take indoor grades as a goal, right? You're talking about an outdoor 7A? Bouldering 7A as a mature starter takes several years of effort, unless you take, generally, very soft indoor grades as benchmark. Or you push untill you destroy your body. Bouldering a real 7A is a tough goal. Indoor grades have nothing to do with real grades. Gyms usually grade very soft in order to motivate newbies or casuals. That makes customers return. No gym which is serious about their difficulties will ever use something else than a color coding for that reason.
I can't disagree, At the moment I can't even climb a single fake easy soft indoor 7A, and I have collected quite some injuries already.
I’m confused on where you are getting the age range for each exercise? Although I wish there were different requirements for different ages, the website has no age ranges. The number required for the specific exercise is the same regardless your age unless I’m missing something 🤷♂️
I found the table here www.fitnescity.com/blog/what-it-takes-to-pass-the-fbi-fitness-test
Fantastic work!
If you don't mind me asking how old are you?
