the intro reminds me of Pensativa, another stellar tune that's another bossa with great melody and changes

como pude estudar um pouco com Mestre Luís Eça acho que foi o melhor pianista no conjunto geral da MPB e ainda o é mesmo após nós deixar . Mazzula.
Stan worked a lot w/Kenny Barron, but this album is with Lou Levy on piano.

No one knows how Stan Getz got that unique sound on the tenor. I believe was in his heart and soul, not as some say....it’s this mouthpiece...that Reed strength....a Selmer Mark....Getz was a one off...

The only guys I can think of who are in that ballpark in terms of sound were Johnny Hodges and Paul Desmond.
