stackable planters

I am a small homestead that struggles for every little bit I have. using what i can cheaply in hopes to effectively grow some food and raise our chickens and ducks. We live on the side of a mountain and that gives us another challenge.
I have placed a link to my wish list on amazon if anyone would love to help out.
Thank you from McLeod Homestead

Oh trust me my kid would rather be outside. Lol. Wet snow and freezing rain keeps him inside. But today is a high of 26 but the sun is shining bright and warm and outside he went. Thanks for watching and I'm excited to see how things grow in these.

putting the rebar through with extra is a really good idea to stop them falling over which seems to be the main problem. it does potentially limit being able move elsewhere but just means plan ahead a little. my next worry would be with a tower that tall the down force weight crushing lower pots but at the price could double up lower ones if have issues.

the 2022 stackable planters do not have the little bottom tray, they are all one piece, you can just punch out the drainage holes with a paring knife or a screwdriver you don't have to use a drill... it takes literally 5 minutes to punch out the holes in one pot..you can also fill the middle section with rocks or another small pot in order to conserve dirt.....did you have luck with plants in yours?

Did you use 2 half bags of potting soil per stack or all 36 planters? I'm gonna do this too and was able to order online but that was the beginning of January when I ordered. Just wondering how much soil I will need. Thx in advance.

I can't remember just how much I used but it took more then I figured. I was thinking more like half bag per section but it also depends on your bag size
