Open jail പൂജപ്പുര സെൻട്രൽ ജയിൽ നോട് ചേർന്നാണ്..എന്റെ താമസം അതിനോട് ചേർന്നുള്ള ക്വാർട്ടേഴ്‌സ്ലാണ്.. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ക്വാർട്ടേഴ്‌സ് നിന്ന് നോക്കുമ്പോൾ അവിടെ ഉള്ള തടവ് പുള്ളികൾ മുറ്റം തൂക്കുന്നതും കൃഷിപ്പണി ചെയ്യുന്നതും ഒക്കെ നേരിട്ട് കാണാറുണ്ട്.. ആദ്യമായി ക്വാർട്ടേഴ്‌സ് ലേക്ക് താമസം മാറി ഇതൊക്കെ കാണുമ്പോൾ കൗതുകം ആയിരുന്നു.. ഇപ്പോൾ കണ്ടു ശീലം ആയി

My personal opinion is that a woman should not be put in prison ,however they can be booked under criminal case put for trial etc. Police and court must understand their mental status. Give them maximum mental awareness programs to convince their faults in their respective criminal involvement simultaneously giving them opportunity to work in any NGOs they prefer.

ആ കേസ് ഞാൻ അന്വേഷിച്ചിട്ടില്ലല്ലോ? പിന്നെങ്ങനെ പറയാൻ?

മാഡം ഈ പറഞ്ഞ ഈ സംഭവങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെ വളരെ വിചിത്രമായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷെ എവിടെയൊക്കെയോ എന്റെ അമ്മ, അമ്മുമ്മ ഒക്കെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറയുന്ന രീതി പോലെ തോന്നി. മാടത്തിനെ ഞാൻ ഒരു വെറും സാധാരണ മനുഷ്യൻ ആയി കാണുന്നില്ല. ചെറുപ്പകാരായ ആൺകുട്ടികളും പെൺകുട്ടികളും ഒക്കെ ഉറ്റുനോക്കുന്ന ഒരു വ്യക്തിപ്രഭാവമാണ് മാഡം. മാഡം ഇങ്ങനെ വെളുത്തു സുന്ദരി ആയ കുട്ടി, മെലിഞ്ഞു സുന്ദരി, വെളുത്തു നല്ല വല്യ പോട്ടൊക്കെ ഇട്ട് പട്ടത്തിമാരെ പോലെ ഉള്ളവർ എന്നൊക്കെ പറയരുതതെ 🙏. ഇതിൽ ഒക്കെ സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ സവർണ, bodyshaming, adoration of fair skin, beauty standards set by commercials and society ഒക്കെ കേറി വരുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇതൊക്കെ എത്രയോ കാലങ്ങളായി കുട്ടികളെ മനസികമായി തകർത്തുന്ന ഓരോ social prejudices ആണ്. അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള പറച്ചിലുകൾ നമ്മൾ കുറയ്ക്കുന്നത് വഴി ഇത്തരം ചിന്തകൾ തന്നെ നമുക്ക് ഇല്ലാണ്ടാക്കാം. മാഡത്തിന്റെ മോന് എന്റെ അടുത്തുള്ള പ്രായമാകും. അതുകൊണ്ട് എന്റെ അമ്മയുടെന്ന പോലെ പറയുന്നത് ആണുകേട്ടോ. വിഷമം ഒന്നും തോന്നല്ലേ. Thanks for your valid comments Dr Anand. കഥകൾ വിവരിക്കുമ്പോൾ കേൾക്കുന്നവരുടെ മനസ്സിൽ ഒരു ചിത്രം പതിയേണ്ട? ഞാൻ കണ്ടത് പോലെ വിവരിക്കുമ്പോൾ body shaming, social prejudices എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കാറുപോലുമില്ല. എന്റെ മനസ്സിൽ അതൊന്നുമില്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ടാവും. പിന്നെ... വീട്ടിൽ പലയിടത്തായി ഇരുന്ന് വീഡിയോ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ പല disturbances കാരണം വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും എടുക്കേണ്ടതായി വരുന്നു. Also I got many complaints of audio issues in many episodes. So I made a studio with greenscreen for my ease. I can't cater to each of my audience's wishes

Our Ex-Servant in Palakkad Thirty years ago was arrested for murdering her husband almost two years back. It came in Media also. She was a innocent victim of domestic violence (Husband's Violence).. He was torturing her for her meagre income for boozing. At last she hit back him with a piece of firewood. Not a premeditated murder and no destruction of evidence. I think she will be not be convicted after trial.

Madam, it is very appropriate that you used to try to learn the root cause involved in women ending up in prisons, having been pushed into crime and flesh trade that most often results out of adverse living conditions and dire need for livelihood. It occurs to me that some years ago, while serving as SP in Palakkad district, a young male IPS officer hailing from other state conducted a press meet exclusively for producing, before news media persons, the nocturnal female sex workers rounded up by the police from Palakkad town. The SP was quoted as having asked the whores during the press meet, "How can you all dare to roam out in the dead of night? Even I feel afraid of venturing out alone at night." The SP's act of producing the sex workers before press reporters turned out to be controversial on the ground of human rights violation. As regards the Kannada-speaking woman prisoner having got caught following her failed bid to kidnap the child from the hospital, the grave lapse out of the lethargic attitude of the the police is clear from the very fact that the police had not attempted to penetrate deep into the interstate racket involved in child-lifting and opted to confine the case only to getting the woman remanded.

Thanks for your relevant observations dear Surej. I haven't heard of that SP in Palakkad who paraded women sex workers before the media. It is against the law to do so... May be it was before ITP Act which makes men as culpable as women in sex trade..

Women’s college hostel il chila penkutty kal ithu pole behave cheyyunna kandittundu. ( boys ne pole) They are very much girls , but I think when you are young and has all the hormonal effects make them behave a certain way.
