Guy is a professional landlord for 26 years and made a rookie mistake like that?! NEVER do a "favor" or rent to a FORMER tenant unless they were a perfect tenant before
The ones that left may have been on visas or illegal
Simple answer is if they are not paying the rent, your out!! You cannot go into a store and take over the store, why can these people take over someone else's property. ❤❤❤❤to the owners of these properties.

About the story with the over crowded flat I wouldn't be surprised if people that are in jail probably live better than that

Faouad had not gone through the courts, so the unofficial agreement didn't mean anything. The squatters had more rights than the owner, unfortunately.

@@alisong2328 Even so, court documents or not, common sense would tell you, change the locks. He was even warned "They may try to get back in" He knew it was a possibility and didn't nothing to protect himself.

Why don't they work with immigration when doing these random checks? I'm sure this would stop a lot of overcrowding incidents such as this.
With all due respect why would they care about their safety when they would be on the street without these places? I can tell the council enforcement people care about people but there is only so much they can do. The landlord is terrible for taking advantage of these vulnerable people. It's all so sad.

In the Netherlands were i live, if you dont have payed for the second month in a row, you get 1 last oppertunity to pay, otherwise you have to move out of the house. No long waiting time for months and months. Just BAM, pay or get out.
I would never do a payday loan!!

Some people don't have that choice..
They don’t have jobs and aren’t paying rent.. but, they have cell phones
the three women, she looks at the power on the floor and says you could die with that lady shut up; that plug on the floor is an improvement compared to where they come from.
Most are illegal. You have problems for sure.

Why do they always have dogs and cats, and I phone them, drive nice care, and have nice things?
so imagine she says they are off the radar, so if they attract you and overpower you three women , the police will never be able to find them because they are off the radar.
