I understand why a square root is a number multiplied by itself. And a cube root is a number multipled by itself twice A square is 2d -3×3=9 A cube is 3d -3×3×3=27

I don't know why questions 1-3 make perfect sense to me, but that 4th question hurts my brain even though it's really simple. I have to break it down into a series of division for it to make sense to me. 27 divided by 3 = 9, then 9 divided by 3 = 3. I feel like I am over complicating that for no reason, or is that actually the correct way to go about it? Lol
