Nice,tasteful but boring

I've just had a good idea! Well I hope it is let me know what you think? I've been thinking for a while about a way to do a charity auction, selling off some of my 'old' clothes and donating the money to a few favourite charities. I am very lucky to often be sent new clothes each season for my job but that does mean I sometimes need a bit of a cull to make space for new pieces. I was looking into different sites that would enable me to do a sale for a charity and it seemed really complicated:/ What about if I just showed a few pieces in each video and people could let me know their bid in the comments, would that work? Or maybe as a live every so often? Kind of thinking aloud here the best way to do it so if anyone has a better format do let me know x

I never find myself hearing you talk about an item without actually being able to see the piece on screen, as happens with some influencers. Good day, I am from Jamaica and I love all your pieces but that tweed dress is definitely my favorite.

My favorite outfit is the one you are wearing . It is casual yet very polished. I just love your channel!! We recently got new carpet. It was a big mess because everything had to come up off the floor. Books had to be taken off the bookshelves so they were lighter to move. All tabletops had to be clear, etc. You get the idea. But it's been the perfect time to declutter. Especially my closet. I was fearless in donating, consignment, and throwing out. I had so much stuff that I couldn't even see most of my clothing! Some items still had tags on them! You have helped me in many ways. I am color coordinated. I buy higher quality. I may have less but feel like it is more. Very few prints. Knit wear is my absolute favorite I live in Florida USA so I don't get to wear them as much as I would like. Way more cashmere than I need, but I love them! Thanks to you! I will keep watching.

I've two denim maxi skirts since 2 years, one in medium blue and one in white. I didn't care, if it was on trend or not. Well, now it is, but I'll keep them for some time.

OMG! I stopped the video when I saw a such wonderful fringe. You look so fresh and younger. Definitily aproved!! So amazing lookbook. White jumper, pink/red dress, maxi skirts... Loved all.

Fav outfit is what you are wearing and the black jumpsuit and the last outfit The floral blouse reminds of the new peasant trend I see here in the states, I already have two blouses styled as such

Amazing lookbook. Always love the trousers. I saw the other day that someone let them tailor in a slight angle so the look long and still don't slide over the ground! With those mules i don't get the vibe. The loafer remind me of old men's slipper. If you know the book of the "100 year old man who climbed out of the window..." you know what i connect to them. 😂 Shame on my imagination.. Oh the charity Idea is super lovely. Even If i can't join as i am petit and maybe not in shape.. Happy sunday to all of you!

Great video! Those cargo pants are amazing! I was convinced that one day I would find a pair that I could wear to work, and those look perfect. I work in an office, but it's fairly relaxed, so I think I'll get away with it! I'm going to wear them with a suit jacket and ballet flats, so we'll see. Thanks for the heads-up, there's some lovely ideas here. Also, that you live in the UK, so you understand what crazy weather we have. This time last year it was really warm, leading into the heatwave. This year, rain, rain, rain!

Love all the outfits Jess. I think the long denim skirt would look good with the Mango cropped tweed jacket. That way you keep the longline of the skirt instead of cutting it off with a longer line blazer. Those trousers that aren't quite jeans and not quite trousers- we used to call them drill trousers back when I was a teenager. I just had to Google it to see what it was and it sounds about right!

Love that blouse from ME & EM I love green (fav colour) the mink skirt is gorgeous too and the 70’s blouse with the beads is also gorgeous! I’ve been looking at cargo trousers and debating whether to go for the trouser look or the all saints look. I’m putting together very carefully pieces that I actually need and will wear, a kind of capsule/minimal/basics wardrobe with a few beautiful pieces like the skirt or that stunning white dress from Sézane. I think that’s a lovely idea to sell some of your pieces and donate to charity. Unfortunately, no this is not our European trip yet. That trip will be either next year or the year after. We are going to visit my husband's brother & sister-in-law in Texas. I also adore the Sophie Skirt….. if I had the spare cash then it would be in my basket in a heart beat. I went for the trousers simply because I would wear more. But yes SeZane are going all out again…. 😵‍💫

My favorite color is green, and I know it's on trend, but I don't like the bright crayon green we usually see! However, that first blouse with the tiny flowers and the dusted sage trousers were perfect! 💚

Gorgeous and stylish outfits.. a pity it's heading into winter here . But I could certainly do some of these for this time of year... I was so excited as I always love your black Mary Jane shoes and couldn't find any here BUT I finally found a pair of coffee coloured ones and what a bargain were 250dollars and I got for 10 dollars . I’ve been looking for cargo trousers too and I can’t quite decide what style to buy. I like those ones from The Frankie Shop but I wasn’t sure if they would be long enough for me. Do they have enough hem to take them down? The pants I really want are the authentic combat trousers from Me+Em in navy. They’re so expensive but I’m obsessed with everything on their website. I’ve also got my eye on a black maxi denim skirt from Sanna NY but not sure of the sizing because I want it to be slightly oversized. 🥰

This was a lovely look book, Jess. It is good to see you incorporate some patterns in your tops. I recently purchased a Chole Blooming Blue organic cotton blouse and I absolutely adore it. Did you cut your bangs? Thanks, as always, for your styling inspiration.

Great color, shape, and style combinations. Always enjoy your videos. I also LOVE that brown leather belt with the square-ish buckle. Love all these outfits but I was so happy when I saw you cut your fringe but I guess I was wrong love you with that hair style oh just love you period but cut the fringe or as we say bangs lol

Haha I know check me out! I Ben a bit of pink in there too;) The denim skirt is cool, a good option for the trend. I went true to size with a uk10 and it fits well, maybe a tad bit around the waist but nothing a belt wouldn’t cinch in:) Happy new week gorgeous x

Nice outfit ideas, did you get some lip filler done? You look very different in the outfits where you have a fringe? Just wondering how the treatment went if you did have a tweakment?

Haha Annie you’re the second person to ask me that! No, no lip filler though I’ll admit it does look like that🤣 I had a sore on my lip that just won’t heal:( Everytime it’s nearly there I catch it on something and it cracks again😩 Never felt brave enough for lip filler, a hard one to get right I think? x

Hi Maria, I don’t wear hair extensions. I never have actually as I worry it will damage my hair. But I do have a friend ‘totally influenced’ on Instagram who uses them so might be worth checking out where she gets hers as I know she finds them good x

Haha yeah I’ve never dared go down the lip filler route, not that I’m against any of that stuff but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen it done brilliantly:/ Aside from Angelina Jolie of course but I’m thinking she was already 90% there! Happy Sunday hun😘
