Good morning, hope you're all having a lovely weekend? So today I'm shopping till I dropped! Well, until I had to catch my train home but I did manage to squeeze a lot in! Love to hear your favourite items I tried on and indeed did you have a favourite from those gorgeous preloved handbags? We are off to Ibiza today to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary! That's a pretty good stretch isn't it;) I'm a little nervous about the flight as always but can't wait to feel that sun on my face. I actually like your hair now. It looks full and vibrant,with natural wave. It fits far more with the “natural beauty” and “effortless” vibe. It reads as thick, healthy and very youthful because it makes your face seem more full, while the straighter, more controlled look can sometimes close your face in and make it seem longer with a more severely mature effect. I do hope you wear it like this more often, if you can become comfortable with the look. It really is lovely and suits you.

Happy 18th anniversary to you both. Hope you have a fabulous holiday. I loved the beige linen shorts suit from H&M. I love a shorts suit in general although I like my shorts a bit longer and this year everywhere seems to be doing the shorter versions. And I loved the pale blue linen suit from Mango. I've seen that jacket with the frills at the end of the sleeves in store too. The frills are hideous but they are detachable and otherwise it is a nice jacket.

Some lovely ideas. That pink suit is gorgeous - great for a summer party or wedding. Loved the shorts suit and blue pool dress. Enjoy your celebration holiday - congratulations. X

@donnabarrett3967 I'm certain the staff putting out these garments, and the store management, can see the folds and creases just as we can. In fact, the last H&M windows I browsed past, in a shopping centre, had creased garments displayed on dummies in both mens and womens styles. The look of those made me skip the idea of going in store! /My guess is that H&M have a non-negotiable policy for their staff - that new deliveries must get onto the floor within a certain timeframe. No cartons or rails to be languishing 'out the back'. My other suspicion is that, especially after the covid lockdowns, H&M run with minimum staff numbers. So sometimes may not have the additional labour available to steam garments. It is no secret that sadly 'bricks and mortar' stores are struggling nearly everywhere.

I loved the pink touser suit that you tried on at Mango! It really looked amazing on you! I am not usually a colour wearer, but I would have bought that one.

Good morning Jess, firstly, loving the natural air dry look, it's more YOU I'm thinking with your down to earth lovely personality. The polished look is gorgeous as well, but leave it for those special events and let your hair get a break, you are one who can. Secondly, CONGRATULATIONS! on your anniversary, and may you have many many more my lovely. :) As for the outfits, I loved all blazers and surprisingly that jump suit that you hated, I thought looked beautiful on you. You have the figure and look to pull off a bin bag with a rope around your waste haha. Can I ask you, please, to make a video on what shoes to wear with what? Focusing mainly on different types of shoes. For the life of me, it's a disaster in here trying shoes with different hems on jeans or trousers, skirts etc. I like something and then look for videos for inspiration, and get frumpy or the length is wrong with the shoe, I thought was good. 😜For errands or very formal events I'm covered, but anything in between, I'm a bit... I think your natural waves look very French and effortless (the "coiffé/decoiffé" or "done-undone" look). Waves and curls can struggle a bit when bleached heavily, so if you ever did want to embrace your natural texture, easing up on the lightening treatments would help.

Yeah, i like your hair with the natural waves. Especially when you're wearing a boho look, it's cohesive. Its also healthy to give your hair a break from heat treatment.

Happy anniversary! I think you were on the right track with the bag auction. Although I love your videos, and your style, fast fashion should really be a few and far between purchase. You can get all those brands second hand so easily- in fact , I just got an H&M white linen classic shirt in perfect condition for €9 on Vinted. Given how all the styles here aren’t exactly new and interesting, you could find most of these second hand in an instant.

Kaftan already out of stock 😢 oh well, lovin all the items, you have such a great eye for fashion!

Happy anniversary Jess! Great video. I would say it's worth mentioning with the auction site, that you need to read the small print very carefully before you sign up, as the buyer has to pay a certain percentage on the bidding price, not just the seller. I didn't know this last time when I bid on a bag, and got quite a shock (and had to fess up to my husband what I'd done!) Fortunately, Fellows were very kind about it and as it turned out I was later outbid anyway, so it was fine. I also agree with you about clothes being hung on the hangers straight from the delivery packaging. When you go into New Look, lots of the clothes look like that, and it just makes them look like rags on the hanger! They're not doing themselves any favours, are they?

I must say that I see a huge difference in how the stores look like in Europe/UK in comparison with UAE (United Arab Emirates). In the UAE, everything is nicely steamed, shops are well staffed, and assistance is very helpful. In Europe is a little disseaster. Everything looks better, well steamed 😊

Oh no really? I hadn’t heard that. I guess it’s not sustainable to keep making clothes so cheap, someone is usually losing out and unfortunately most of the time it’s the people who actually make the garments:( x
