Memory, I am a young 65yo and two years ago I was in ICU for over a month on a ventilator - anyways came out of that with big memory lapses, did not know what my house looked like etc.. my beautiful daughter said to me 'don't worry Mum, I have all of them' and believe it or not it took any anxious feelings I had about it away, and she has filled in blanks, over and over and my memory as a mind of its own!! My genuine feelings are don't stress over things, life is too short, I am very blessed to still be alive. Loved seeing you again Cinnamon, you are such treasure. xxx

Hi Cinnamon I am so glad you are feeling more of your old self. ❤️ I know exactly what you mean about your Thyroid issues as I have been having my medication changed constantly over the last year as my levels change all the time. Watching you paint with a similar situation gives me hope that I will start to get back into my passion again. 🥰🥰

❤Spring and very excited about the 10 year old owl redo coming soon. I remember following you back then and becoming the fun professional art teacher you are today so this to me is so very exciting. And as a 60 year old woman who has managed B.P. and B.P.D my entire life since young girl I find art and creating for mental health the best thing I've ever. I paint on good days, bad days and everyday because the routine is good for me and @theartsherpa I have you to thank for those video tutorials long ago. I have no desire to paint realism and will be a forever student and playfully paint because that makes me happy and your video tutorials inspire me in so many ways. Ive tried to join your group on facebook many times but never accepted and thats ok because I will continue to paint and be a faithful follower on youtube.

Did you know that for small dots like on the butterfly you can use the handle tip of your brush. Just test the size brush you need. I learned that in Rosemalling years ago.
