Importance of planning😭😭😭 That hurts, we thought we planned well- but we also had some circumstance that caused us to cut some acceptable corners😜 (good excuse). We learn and we’re very happy with our van so it’s all good. Great job explaining things!!!

Thank you! Yes we can totally relate, it always takes a while to nail something. We learned from our mistakes the first time we did spray foam and this time around we made the mistake of not giving ourselves enough time to prepare.. and I’m sure next time we’ll improve in another way 🤓
Why you did not put some kind of pipes for the wires so you can take them out and slide them in if they need to switched?

Did the foam cause any warping to exterior panels of van? Others have reported it.

how come nobody is using spray foam under the floor between 'sleepers' or strapping?

Just means you need to add a lot more supports on the floor, which is difficult because you don't want to drill into working components under the van
What type of wire did you used? 14 AWG?

We use a mixture of different gauges of wire. When you’re wiring you’ll need to make sure you use thick enough wires for the amperage and distance of your appliance. We always recommend to consult an electrician ❤️
