I can't believe how much disrespect black knight gets. It's been so good in my experience. You don't always get the blade but if you make a decent hybrid deck it doesn't matter.

Agreed. My Black Knight deck took me to me to rank 300 post infinite. If you can't see the value in a 4/12+ undestroyable card I dunno what game you are playing

Totally agree. BK is a dope card and a lot of fun to play too.

As a thanos enjoyer, that spotlight variant is an absolute must have for me. I don't have Galactus and probably won't play him much but man do I want that variant of him as well. I wonder why SD didn't think to add classic comic variants sooner, they look awesome

I used all 4 spotlights for this week. I didn’t want the tokens obviously but even if I got Selene I wanted the variants for Lad and Black Knight. They’re really good imo

Selene was at the bottom for me too, but I love both the BK and IL variants, so I wasn’t made. The random card was finally a 5 cost, which was cool, I already had it tho, which isn’t cool.

I actually got Iron Lad on my first attempt. That never happens for me it feels like. 🤣 I'm done for this week and gonna save the rest.

Do you think Hit Monkey is still worth it? I already have Loki so I can't decide whether to open a couple of chests just for the grandmaster or look for the monkey. Perhaps in those weeks the monkey is played more.

@@lucas_aimarismo ironically I have Hit Monkey but don't have Loki. 🤣 In my opinion I think Hit Monkey is worth it, especially post Elsa and Werewolf nerfs. It honestly depends on if you like bounce, it's got to be a personal choice. I still don't have Elsa/Werewolf and I'm less interested in them since the nerfs. I had Werewolf by Night pinned forever and I'm sad I never got to play him in Surfer before they axed him. I wish they would have just reduced his power instead of increasing the cost. Grand Master and BetaRay Bill are both big on my want list even if they aren't meta defining, even though I suspect they will be. I'm saving my credits for buying one of them and I'm saving up my keys so I'll hopefully be guaranteed to get them both. I realize that's a long winded way of saying your mileage may vary, but it really does come down to personal preference. Don't let fomo rule your choices.

Im going for hercules week cuz I don’t have howard and i just bought gladiator with tokens so I won’t have 3k for the ones i need going down to S4 anyway but i think i will have 4 caches. Every other cache i have the cards for other than the new ones obviously.

I feel like Caiera is doing too much protecting 6 drops. I feel at best the 4 cost for Werewolf effects what decks want him more than anything else, cause he’s pretty easy to get to 14 still.

The hawk, sabu, giant, i will spend 3k tokens to buy giant and use all cases cause i want all the skins 😂 i love all of them the giant is hot and sabu and hawk look awsome too

Lets say middle location is full. You play grand master left but the on reveal card doesnt move since mid is full. Does the on reveal still trigger? Or does the card have to move for grandmasters effect to trigger ?

Honestly super giant looks nuts and a definitely a save for week. Ciera definitely a save for but I just she wasn't the week after selene.

Supergiant seems crazy to me. Hey, so... remember Alioth? The card that was nerfed to only destroy unrevealed cards? Supergiant played turn 4 with priority means Alioth deletes every card played turns 4 through 6 where ever you play it. That just seems crazy to me.

As a newer player, once you start opening caches, if you get the 3 new cards, should you try for the random? Started playing mid to late October, CL 1600s Ive been saving up keys, got 9 now. Gonna aim for Hi Evo, Loki, Corvus, and Proxima week. My reasoning is Hi Evo cards I mostly have, Loki had WWBN months ago but now Loki still I think is just for fun "lemme see what better decks you got" since my own available decks kinda suck, I kinda like discard and destroy, so Corvus and Proxima feels like A tier for me. Wish I got more keys so I can get Zabu Darkhawk, but people seem to despise getting Series 4 with caches (I got Knull and Modok before thinking things thru at shop lol, now I got Nico pinned)

I wouldn’t go for random if u can avoid it. It will happen enough when going for your target cards but the idea is to always have 4 spotlight cache

Imo never, I think it's very unwise to throw away the little agency you have and go for random. So many of them are just not great and the chance of dupes is just awful, especially if you're a newer player

I’m confused I thought Skaar was the season pass card? If black swan is season pass how do you get skaar if he’s not in spotlights?

Skarr is the season pass card for January, and Black Swan is February season pass card.

Miek is by far the worst card in the month no doubt and he's the series 4. Feelsbadman

em miek cant be the worst card in the upcoming month with hercules in it. Miek with modok is very good stats for one drop. plus in february there will be 2 good cards for discard and miek will be great with them.

@@mrazable7922 Hercules has more potential and is a stronger card imo. He has good synergies with Kraven so any Kraven deck gets stronger.

@@rafayetrasti6191 for 4 energy he's very weak. There will be only 2 turns when he will be able to move some cards. Hercules isn't the card that move needs to make it a decent deck. And Mike is just plug and play card that can give u good stats even in present discard decks or even Hela deck. + U can even combine him with kraven and with modok on 5 they both can give insane stats

Selene fell off due to the BW change. Caiera can be a game saver though
