Fogging up the rooms is one of the things the Intensity Director loves to do at times, and I love the effect it brings that just makes environments look creepier.

It’s even worse when the ‘director’ decides to spawn in a bunch of small enemies that get covered by the fog

Sometimes I heard those necros gurgling behind the vents but never came out. Really makes you feel that you hear things that are never there.

Very unsettling knowing someone probably getting killed by a necro and u can hear it from far away. The mining deck did a good job with these sounds as well. This game also did a fanatic job showing just how big the Ishimura is. The outbreak was happening on one side and the other side literally had no idea

My respect for those miners. They give the necromrophs a hell of a fight. They even give the necromorphs a hard time than those marines in Valor.

@@yvespenaflor4610 the fact the marines got slaughtered by 1 necromorph is pretty pathetic. Also no one talks about jacob temple either but hes as badass as isaac. Dude survived everything and only died at the hands of mercer.

Some of the screams are real but some are just Isaacs shizo's and that makes it even scarier

incredible design!! the lighting, the mist/smoke, the layout, the ambience...are all so incredibly well done. The sound of machinery, the distant screams, and the vents!

@@Eddycut it's amazing overall, don't get me wrong. But the details are very important too. The fact that Isaac's movements feel unnatural, that there is no animation for Isaac's low health state and the horrible new "main menu" are a few of the most important aspects that the og did better and that keep away the remake from perfection.

It's gotta be the Marker fucking with him. Isaac, Kyne, and Kendra were amongst the very last people, alive, walking on that floating ship by now

I would say no. I feel like this was added to display the scale of the ship being very immense and that a lot of people would work on this ship. You often see Engineers and miners and medical people every once per chapter ish dying in some way in front of you. It makes it more realistic than all of the main character just happening to be the only ones.

Nah. We see more than a few people directly die in front of us, meaning obviously they had been surviving up until that point. If they could, why can’t others? We also see a lot of bodies that must be relatively fresh, considering they haven’t been reanimated yet.
