I don't know why but Yrel is the most adorable Draenei-Lady I have ever seen in WoW :3

This Blizzard Cinematic actually made me cry, the music, the effects, the bond i have with these characters... I know our Velen is alive but seeing Alternate one giving another day to live for the Draenei race just shows how heroic he is and his people. I love this

Pivipi Chan I'm primarily Horde, but Velen was always my favorite Alliance leader. He always seemed like the only one who actually believed in what he was fighting for. I also hated the alliance beginning area, it felt like the alliance that arrived were ungrateful for Velen's offered help. I was ecstatic to travel with Akama for a bit, though!

Iam not a big fan of the Draenai. But that heroism of the thousand and thousands of years old Velen INSTANTLY sacrificing himself without thinking twice of it, is so awesome it gave me goosebumps. And Yrel just could stare in Awe at the might and Power of him, enlightet by pure Light. So cool.

Draenei are my favourite race and the way this expansion is giving them real purpose is just awesome. Really liking the development of Yrel as a new Alliance champion. Need to try horde side out at some point and see how their story develops.

freezaplanet419 I play both sides but to be honest Alliance cinematics are more heroic and more epic to me. Horde side cinematics have been putting me to sleep and its so boring I keep forgetting the storyline. (Sorry I wasn't trying to be offensive. If it was offensive I'll apologize)

Vladimir V. A little grandpa dieded, wow, sure epicness... Alliance side of story is bullshit , i regret leveling my druid there, because horde side of story is sooo much better , sooo much epic and soo much heroic. Ga`nar`s sacrifice is supreme, Thrall saves alliance`s butt by slaying Garrosh and much more.

For those who ask what Velen did/gave to Yrel. Part from WoWWiki: During the events in Shadowmoon Valley, Velen nurtured Yrel's leadership skills further by putting her in charge of a group of Rangari. Yrel was hesitant, noting that she had never led soldiers before, but Velen told her she was capable of more than she knew. After Velen's death in the act of purifying K'ara, Yrel looked up at the now-restored Naaru, full of both joy and sorrow. Velen's death further convinced Yrel that her fate was no longer that of a healer. Although Velen's death didn't have as big of an impact as Samaara's had, it still cemented her fate.

The best cinematic in this expansion, music is amazing.

To date this is the best cutscene ever. The sacrifice of Valen to save his people, to redeem the loss of K'ara when the Exodar fell, and all to that epic music and explosion of light. It's going to be awhile before blizz can top that. Even if the true Natherezim are coming.

This is my favorite Cutscene out of draenor. beautifully done.

I'm a proud member of Alliance (Draenei Paladin in Stormrage server). When I got to this part during questing in Draenor this cinematic made me shed tears. (Now I do play Horde side as well because I am a cinematic fanboy I like these cinematics on both factions but in my honest opinion the horde cinematics really make me go to sleep. Maybe it's because I love how heroic the Draenei seems in the Alliance cinematics)

I love how they just decided to let him talk shit and leave, and not say killing him.

i think the reason that this is so powerfull compared to the talador cinematic is that they dont speak, their expressions and actions talk for them. that combined with the epic music just makes it one of the best things, if not THE best thing to come out of Warlords of Draenor

*sigh* even in a cinematic, Velen's beard and hair is still glued to his body.

what the OST that playes as the light explosion occures i cant seem to find it on the ost. I know the first part is a A Hero's sacrifice but the second part is unknown to me

at first i was like: oh great....another cutscene.... after the first new one from WoD i was like: ANOTHER ONE! YESSSS!!!^^ blizz really did a great job!^^ lets hope they are just as good with the real life movie they re planing. i still think they should make an animated movie, it has so much more possibilities to built this wonderful world and less chances to screw up because of stupid makeup effects or wrong actors.

Nicolas Hersant It sounds like a version of "Khadgar's Plan," but I have not been able to find it in the soundtrack. The track I mentioned is the closest I've been able to get to finding this track.

So the horde gets a bunch of orcs playing with sticks and wolves, eventually climaxxing as a cliff falls over and kills a few iron horde... The alliance gets a fucking space goat god sacrificing himself to empower all the warriors of the land and fight of waves of evil... Sort of considering a faction change blizz...

The dark star was a corrupted Naaru called K'ara. Velen sacrificed himself to clense K'ara of corruption.

You have to consider that not everyone can just do that. Velen is thousands of years old and insanely powerful so doing that is not actually that easy.

What did Velen give to Yrel (the shiny glowing forehead thing?). Not good for lore on the draenei.

Rain Deb Joys It is not known what does the rune mean. This was never explained by the lore (or by Blizzard). It might be a leadership or some power (of seeing future), or whatever else. We'll see in future (or not) :)

Lord Kil'jaeden After YOU and Archimonde screwed them over. Yeah right. There is no strict answer given to what this sign means but I personally think it was what gave him the ability to peer into the future.

Thanks for posting these cinematics! As usual with Blizz cinematics, the dialogue and action can be a bit cliché at times, but the music always more than makes up for it. Btw, are you from JWfan, by any chance?
