Thanks, Sir ....Very helpful particularly when we come across a bad/ unorganized data-set ( Ex:- Copied data from the web without any delimiter or sometimes when we get a data which had been hurriedly created in a single cell hitting ctrl+enter so many times. THANKS AGAIN...

Great Trick never knew this.This trick (using CTRLJ) works with the replace function as well but allows the data in the cell to remain in the cell.

You will need to concatenate them with a formula such as TEXTJOIN or Merge columns in Power Query. The specific answer would depend on your data.

The formula would look like this: =Concatenate(C2," ",D2," ",E2," ",F2) (using alt+enter between each pair of quotes.) Then you just have to make sure you have text wrap turned on for that cell.

The video shows how to split multiple lines into different cells. If your values are already in different cells, what are you trying to achieve?

1:06 text to columns - based on delimiter hey, so, this' not the video for going from alternate rows to different columns? the use case being a pdf containing data in multiple (visual) columns, but copying from them makes them all in single column. So....
