I guess they are accounting when people go to school in most of the world and want to do the most challenges in peoples free time? That being said, I just wish we can do challenges in private battles. That and storing up to 10 pool names will be the best updates to me

@@deezgod45 I agree, and adding challenges into private lobbys will also be better. Gives the opportunity to have tournaments in challenges or have big Splatoon communities the option to have party nights where they can do challenges instead of limiting a few challenges via rotation. You can go through all challenges better and easier instead of waiting 2 hours for the challenges to change too. With the vast amount of challenges that I bet will be incoming in the near future, I believe adding challenges to PB if we don’t get them in rotation like salmon run or like turf, will be better as a great quality of life thing. On that topic, I really want splatfest colors and tri battle stages too but Idk if we’re ever getting that,

Reminds me of how weapon classes were generally grouped, back in Splatoon 1 shooters rollers and chargers were considered the “main” classes, blasters and brushes add-ons to them, Sloshers and Splatlings their own, less known classes, and then the two new classes introduced in 2 and 3 respectively

I’m sure we’ll still get side order soon, I wouldn’t expect it to be advertised in a new season trailer. Just think about it, these trailers are meant to be a canonical event in the splatoon universe, and not every inkling/octoling is a secret agent. If anything, it’s more exciting because this means even more content!

The returning stage is Salmonid Smokeyard, it changes between a Battle Stage and a Salmon Run Stage every other Season

As cool as it would be, I doubt that they’re hiding another one. They sort of have to bring back an s1 map, and when bluefin and saltspray clash with the new maps too much and urchin would likely be saved for sizzle season 2023 (since it’s near s1’s anniversary)

This looks so awesome!! The maps look fun, I love how you can adjust your hats, A NEW SPLATLING OH MY GOD, and the new band sounds awesome!! I'm really looking forward to this!!

Love how you can see Hagglefish Market from the first new stage, the colours, and the overall vibe it has, keeping the world coherent, although I'm not so sure on the actual stage layout still being somewhat tetrimino shaped.

Looks fine. Hope the stages are good (cope). Glad to see the Gold Dynamo after like 2 years. Still wish challenges weren’t time based, hopefully these issues can be fixed in one more year of support.

I wouldn't be so sure. I mean sure, I'll admit, Crableg Capital looks kinda fun. It looks like it's combining the grate from actually good Hammerhead with a layout similar to Scorch Gorge but with a much more open mid. Plus, if the enemy pushes up through your left, which could be the only forward on some map modes, you can drop right and take the ink rail to try to flank their back... liner... wait... flank? I mean, let's not get ahead of ourselves, you'll most likely be seen considering it is a bit out in the open but it's also fast and gets you up on high ground so overall it's sorta decent and is better than having no flanks at all so it's a start. Overall, pretty good map. It's no Flounder Heights but it could end up being better than even some of the Splatoon 2 maps they brought back, which is saying a lot. With Shipshape Cargo, it's kinda hard to tell with the perspectives they give us but it looks like mid will lower into ground that is overlooked by two large overhangs like on Undertow. However, the fact that inkable walls make it much easier and quicker to access as well as having the gap between them be jumpable does make it a whole lot more interesting. However, we never get a good angle of spawn though so I'm a bit less sure of this one. However, I will say that I'm a bit curious about the ink rail at spawn since I can't see it adding much value but it's there so... decent map I guess. The ideas they're showing off with these new maps are pretty neat and I'm glad to see ink rails be experimented with a little more but I think they can do a lot more with their maps especially when they've barely utilized gimmicks. I mean, we've got ride rails, dash tracks, and bounce pads in hero mode and you can't expect me to believe that it wouldn't be the coolest thing ever.

honestly my favorite part of new seasons is getting new gear and im soooo hyped for the extra customization options being added!!! like even with the same thing on you can get multiple different looks i love it
