Yep he's copped a full spray up close from the twin Hispano-Suiza 20mm cannons plus the .303.
Luke Sky Walker with a prop, well as long as you had a prop. Fun vid!
Froggy, go hard on rudders when you land to counter the plane from spinning and you could nail it. ;-) It took me a while to nail the landing spitfires properly :-)

I was attacking waves of the Henschel in the P40 last night too funny did pretty well , I have to admit the spit looks killer might have to get that next . Thanks for the vid Froggy!

Spit is pretty awesome. lol. Best thing is the Merlin engine note is really good. Its not the fastest most streamlined plane, but it has those huge eliptical wings, and can out turn anything in IL-2.

Whats all this stuff about wings coming off? I've see tons of actual gin camera pic and dont ever remember seeing a wing shear off a plane like that.
It is no use with a runway behind and height above.

I couldnt resist a bit of off-roading. lol.
The only flaw with IL-2 is that the explosion sound effect for crashes is 1 second too late. It always comes right after the start of the explosion. Hahahahaha!

Justin Craig that’s not a flaw, if you ever get the change to observe an artillery display or similar, it becomes very apparent that sound travels slower than light / see the flash and some time later hear the explosion.

Froggy Frog 9000 Exactly, I’ve seen multiple explosions in real life and the sound always comes slightly after the actual explosion.
