Flew IL2 FB a lot a while back with m8's from all over the world, I used Saitek X52PRO stick with Saitek rudder peddles & Track IR4. We also used stand alone comm's making our little flight damned near unbeatable on nearly any server. Many of us were multi ace's on full real settings. A couple of things I noticed during this video is loitering in the bombers six o'clock making you receive multiple hits. Hit accurately & run then set up for another pass from not quite head on or from the side 'a beam' reducing the ease of gunners to drop a bead on you.😉

You have made some great videos my friend but I went off IL2 because air gunners are unrealistically accurate, especially those in unpowered turrets just waving their MG in the slipstream against G forces. I used to find it less dangerous to engage 109's than Stukas!

hey TJ3 Gaming, love your videos! hey i finally got myself a new computer (last one pooched out) And i want to get back into WW2 flying. I only play full simulator battles. I currently play War Thunder and want a change, hows this game for full sim battles?

Hey man, thanks! This game is full on flight simulator. It is much more realistic. Turning, damage, and all other aspects are much more realistic and more difficult. If you are looking for a realistic sim, this is the one. Online battles are often 100x more difficult because there are no enemy markers, sometimes you can only use cockpit view, and you have to navigate by map and landmarks. Not to mention takeoff and taxi. I would recommend a decent gaming computer if you are going to get IL-2

Sometimes I wonder, if planes return with those holes and damages, how long does it take to fix and prepare those planes to be battle ready again? Do they patch the holes on the body and fix or replace the spare part or they just replace the body that have holes?

Ov got a question, i il-2 do you flat spin if you turn too sharply? Because thats how it is in war thunder SB and its so annoying.
