Thanks for the video. I can see how this can be very moblie, weather your doing recon or direct action. Just because your chest rig changes the med stays the same. Might have to look at changing our setup.

I like the idea with the duct tape on the chest seals. I usually carry a hotel key card wrapped in 2” medical tape. But it’s something id consider. A couple suggestions from Doc to Doc. Consider placing your gloves at the top of the kit or on the outer pouch. If your concerned about BSI, have it be the easiest place for your buddy to get to. (You could have your joes donate blood on the regular, which would tell you if they have any communicable diseases) If you ever find that kit bulky, you could opt for a 6” ace wrap. Its gonna be way cheaper and slimmer then etds. Have your joes pre fill their admin data on the TCCC card. I don’t want to be asking about allergies while I’m treating. A sharpie would be a good addition to the front pouch for writing down information. Additionally somehow the privates always eat sharpies. Can never have enough.

Yes scissors. Just not in the spiritus fanny pack, they're carried somewhere else on body. I've got a med fanny by aws that they sent out to play with and the ifak contents plus an additional tourniquet and shears fit in that one easily.
