Permanently changed my perception of what live music could be and should be. And that is after 1,000 plus concerts. Mind blown, eyes glazed, I was never the same after this night. It ruined almost every concert experience from that point forward. EPIC GENIUS!

It's that Pure Phase feedback, it's that ethos that live should always be better than recorded. It's the commitment of not making money and taking a gospel choir and orchestra on tour with you, because the music demands it. I truly love this band, #J.Spaceman

i've had experiences like that in much more stripped down settings...but its real. i was lucky to catch Spacemen 3 in nyc whilee in town to see Butthole Surfers (their show back in buffalo had a big impact on me). That was Spacemen 3's last trip, they were finished soon after. This is pretty overwhelming, and he could strip this down and it would be equally powerful, but you gotta respect the vision being performed on a stage. ive passed on bands after a show that had a big effect on me, fearing i'd only be let down and i didnt want that memory of a perfect show being tainted. only a few times that happened.

I was there too - and completely agree. Also saw him at the Apollo for Acoustic Mainlines and it was him with a choir, an organ and an acoustic guitar.....that rearranged my mind as well...

It's because he has SOUL. The Radio City ticket for this show is on my wall because there's literally so much soul and honesty - the lyrics are humbled; no machismo bullshit, no false masculine fronts - there is only humanity, the mistakes we make, the joy, the pain, the respite and potential absolved state we crave, and the fucked up middle space in-between, all of us stuck here in the garden together. "For all the fucked up children of this world, we give you...Spiritualized?"

I am a damn fool . Recently got clean for the 3rd and FINAL time. I have 3 beautiful children. Like I said, a damn fool. This music helps me very much. Thank you J Spaceman. In a way, I owe you my life. Gratitude.

i found this like three days ago and it has been all i can listen to since. i hope i will be able to see them live one day. this version of ladies and gentlemen breaks me more than anything. "life dont get stranger than this and it is what it is"

I did show up by myself after working all day but paid my ticket for what had to have been the greatest rock and roll performance I've ever seen!

i was not, unfortunately...though i did, by chance, catch Spacemen 3 the last time they would be performing/a band. very diferent, but similar. Curious...what was the price of a ticket to this? face value, not legal scalping shitheads like StubHub. Like Google and Twitter, that evil corporation should be dismantled quicker than you can say Parlerdotcom!

What should one say about an epic genius? I saw Jason in Berlin a couple of weeks ago and it was overwhelming, but i have to admit this gig is even 1 or 2 steps higher rated from my side... Vocals/symphonic orchester/wah wah guitars and more. I am close tears
