I love the sun, but live in the UK. So many days of the year we don’t get sun, just grey sky’s. Does the effects of the sun still reach us through grey sky’s?

Yes, for cold climates, Guru Pashupati recommends cold exposure. Simply shiver outdoors for 2mins with minimal clothing. This will re-activate your shrinking mitochondria ( the inner Sun). Morning sky, even without sun is still brighter than night. So take it as sunlight and go out for 30-60 mins in nature even in gloomy weather. Nature Nurtures in Everyway Everywhere.
