Sir, just for some days when i practice this, I see astounding results. But then I am unable to figure out the logic behind it, and sometimes get lost somewhere to find the logic of everything, which in turn results in me not doing somethings because there are insufficient logic to and whys to back it. And then again I go back into the same loop of lifestyle and then again practice for 2-3 days of this and again! I am just fearful sometimes of the results. Thank You.

What is the definition of power? In situations that have left us abandoned and disrespected. How to turn away from those thoughts especially when you feel wronged in multiple cases? I don't own those problems anymore but they keep popping up since there's multitude of them since childhood.
