Hello guru ji. I am from Mysuru only. In your 64 day challenge video, you had mentioned that without eating fish or egg we can't get some essential energy etc. May be you are telling this according to your body conditions. When you insisting viewers to eat non veg (Tamo guna food), then let us know the meaning of Satva, Rajas and Tamas? Show us in any puranas which mentioned about eating fish or egg.

I m an Enlightened person here. I find his understanding of Yoga Sutra absolutely rubbish. Whatever he says doesnt make any sense. Also i find commentators as rubbish....Nobody has been able Understand Patanjali Yoga Sutra perfectly.
