Me! I am working on day 3 of an Esther fast!

I was fasting once and was on my way to church and I was talking to God telling him I needed a computer. I had recently lost my job and I was a single mom at the time and I needed to find a new one..my rent was so…it was hard to take my young kids to the library to apply for jobs. No one knew I prayed that prayer…I went to a rather large church and didn’t know anyone there. After the service a stranger came up to me and said that I had asked God for something that morning and she wanted to know what it was. I was crying. I could t believe it. She asked me for my name and address and we said good bye. Three days later I got a gift card in the mail from her for best by for 750 dollars! I bought as computer and started applying for jobs and shortly after got a new job and didn’t get evicted! God did it!

Lord help me with my fast for 2024.I want to be preoccupied with things of God.I pray for my family, abundance of work and strengthened impact ✨✨

My son was facing 5 years in prison as a first time offender, an incident where he used a weapon (knife) to defend his sister at a bus stop. After the 1st arraignment, as I was leaving the courthouse and they took my son into custody, the holy spirit told me to fast. Heavy hearted and broken, I went on to praise team practice like I did every Thursday. It was confirmed to me to fast through a sister when I got there. The holy spirit told me to fast until my sons next court date and I did. It ended up being 9 days, no food only water! At my sons court hearing he was released, adjudication was withheld, 30hrs community service and anger management counseling and that was it. The state attorney was pissed BUT GOD! No matter the situation, fasting breaks the strongest strongholds in your life. The spiritual experiences I had during the fast were so powerful. I read the bible, listened to inspirational gospel music. It got so intimate with God. Fasting is the key to get closer and get breakthroughs.

I’m very young and I’m not good at fasting but I’m trying. Concluding my 21 days fast today and I find this powerful because in these 21 days alot of deep internal work is being done by God in my family. I testify

God led me to do a 3 day absolute fast and it was confirmed after being led to your website to read about the three day fast . So I fasted & prayed God's Will be done for three days & completely sustained from food & liquids. God gave me the strength to do so....It was an awesome experience! Healing, along with a Better job opportunity and so much more was released during this fast. All Glory be God for he is Good & Faithful!!

when God gives it to you its easy you dont feel so beat up you can really tell the difference of doing it in your own strength and doing it from obedience when you doing it with God you feel like after 3 days you can keep going ...and keep going ..and going and going you still get hungry and thirsty but the side effects of not eating and drinking dont seem to pop up what has been on your heart to do?

Im on the keto diet. I fast for 22 out of 24 hours per day. I am watching this video to ask God for help me continue to practice self control so I can inspire others people. I have lost 65 pounds in 6 months and my thyroid medication dosage has been cut in half. I'm no longer borderline diabetic, my cholesterol is finally normal and I feel great. I want to make sure I praise God in Jesus's name while fasting and pray for others who in a life or death situation with health problems that they may find the strength to turn away from unhealthy, unholy food and drink.

It's December 2023 and He is still a way maker. His love endures ♾️ There's something that speaks to me about these old videos because they are not content based in my opinion. I feel renewed and Reedem'd after watching an 8th and now a 11th year old video of the Lord's gospel. I felt lazy and down for days even after watching my usual online sermons but right now at this moment I am feeling a supernatural energy which came through this Word of God.

Hello everyone, so true! Not so long ago, i asked myself how could i thank God for all the blessings He 's done for me so far, what could I do? Then I heard a voice saying GO ON A FAST! So i decided to go on a 21day fasting, off sugar so to mention, to thank God. And everytime i was tempted, i remembered myself why i decided to go on this fast. A' d i succeeded, it was the longest fast i ever did. He is so loving that He even guides us for our own good when we ask to thank Him. ❤🎉❤

Lord has taken care of my heavily laden heart and sore soul on my first day of fast and freed me from my anxiety and worries . The second day he filled my heart with the peace and the joy and the happiness...and many more... It’s third day the January 19-2018. I felt that I belong to him so dearly that I could lead the worship in my church being my self and could worship him in spirit and in truth. Also I could share words of God in the youth fellowship. I really thank the lord for leading me to the new level of faith and I had the most amazing time in my whole life till date...still the joy and happiness in me is so overwhelming.. Fasting and prayer is powerful. When I try to fast and pray I ask God Lord I want to know you who really you are 2 months ago, I recognize that there is someone who keep talking to me I can hear spirit voice sometime he call my name even no one beside me. At the those time when I lay down I was spoke and ask who really you are keep talking to me? A loud Voice was answered " I am the Anointed Rock " after I heard I get up from bed and my tears in my eyes and I say Thank you for hearing for prayers Lord now I know you are, you are truly a living God. To you who is reading this now, I pray that you and your loved ones are blessed. I pray that God’s Holy Spirit showers you with His fruits and gifts. I pray that you are charitable with your talents, time, and treasures. The most beautiful thing is to love others, especially when we may think they don’t “deserve” our love or our forgiveness. Not only should we forgive them, but we should love and pray for them. I pray for you and your loved ones. For God, time and space are but another of His countless creations. He exists within AND outside the realms of time and space. He knows our hearts. He knows we want to love Him and He will help us if we just humble ourselves through fasting and prayer. I was pray fasting 3 days for God the help me out of a problem,the last of fast last prayer ,the answer come"Psalm 50:15"I shall help you out,but you must honour me,amen❤

For people who want to understand Fasting, just read your bible. Mark 9 talks about Jesus casting out a demon out of a man who was deaf and blind. When Jesus cast the demon out, the man died, but Jesus laid hands on him and brought him back to life. His disciples could not cast out this demon and they asked Jesus. This is what the bible says..."And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting" Mark 9:29. If you want to come to a new level in your relationship with God and break the bonds that are holding you back, enter into fasting and prayer. We serve a powerful and mighty God. There is nothing here on Earth to hold the power of God and His will for your life. The catch is we have to be willing. God will answer you.

Understanding How to Fast & Pray Efficiently # by Dr Myles Munroe-------- I am going to say something extemely difficult to understand: if you do not fast (unless you have a serious medical or physical issues like severe diabetes, etctera, consult a doctor) If you do not attempt to fast for at least 24 hours , you do not really seriously "hunger and thirst for righteousness" and for the kingdom of the LORD God to arrive (you care all about you and no one else much; (and even if you don't , yes God loves you still". Do not ever fast pure water, ever.

exactly! he wasnt talking about certain demons coming out only by fasting but...their kinda unbelieve/doubt does go out bt fasting. i tell you say, if the name n authority in christ dont drive out a demon then no amount of fasting wil

i also found that being in the Spirit while fasting is a key to victory .. also it is very important to pray and worship God while fasting more than usual ... since our Lord said: pray that you dont fall into temptation because FLESH IS WEAK but the Spirit is willing

I am on a fast with my church in prayer for the nation regarding the corona virus. How IRONIC that that was the first point he mentioned to pray for specifically 🙏🏽❤☮ God is Good!!

Amen...don't underestimate power of prayer and fasting. In Tanzania🇹🇿 our president announced national prayer to ask God to get rid of COVID 19 in our country...it was 3day prayer and last day our president Magufuli went to church with offering to thank God for healing our country from the virus. A week later new cases started to drop and patients at the facilities decreased as well. Life has currently resumed almost 100%. I believe God healed our country. Glory to God

Here in January 2020. Entering a fast with my church

The first time I did this fast was January 2019. I felt such a closeness to God that I didn't want it to end on day 21. But as usual over time I went back to my old habits. I love Jesus and this time I'm fasting for Him to show me my assignment. Before Jesus began His earthly ministry He fasted and prayed and so will I. I know God has work for me to do so I will set aside time to hear form Him.

@@upbornwoman9334 That's the way to go girlie. I'm fasting today and i told God about it and I'm not hungry one bit. I wasn't fasting yesterday but didn't have the chance to eat until work break which is 1:00pm. and throughout the morning, i felt weak, dizzy and hungry. That's one thing that makes me believe God is super close to us.
