Ohh..beautiful Jason ..respect much you all too..we have resonated in all area of life..before we didn't know how to value it we ignore it..if we have chance to say it someway it's glory time..I should serve you a cup of tea.. I'was doing meditation in mostly Buddhist way..now honestly ..for calm mind when we need we listening Med music..like yours ..calm mind in mindfulness became less greedy.attachment..hatred..niwatanas...¬ I..not mine.not possess...but we appreciate beauty&good things...actually I'm not to be very quite a way but I ve tried to share learned in Buddhist way...thanksss Jason for favour you so kind..I need to learn &practice more so we can talk about Dhamma more.....

We listen to this when my daughter has intense pain from her chronic illness, it calms her, stabilizes her vital signs & induces sleep within about 30 minutes.
