My top 5 on the album: - Sun Killer - The Summit - Silk in the Strings - Eternal Blue - Halcyon Loved the album! I have no complaints after a few listens. I'm glad they took the opportunity to be a bit more experimental with their sound on some of the tracks too.

Good taste bro ;) same. I would add 'Hurt You' for a 6th slot, as upon repeated listenings, there is a lot more happening when you use a good pair of headphones. I don't think people are getting that. The number 2 spot on an album is kind of special for a reason, and they put it there for a reason. But definitely agree, Joe! Love that I've gotten to see the same people in the community over the years discovering this band. It's kind of a wild experience watching it go from a niche thing in 2018 to what they are now (and will be even more in the future!). Cheers to you both, great video and reaction as always!!!

Dude, I gotta agree with everything you just said about the album. I'm so happy we got this amazing gift, it has been a long time since I've heard an album so strong. I found myself watching your whole video and feeling it with, even cried again on Constance lol Unbelievable album, masterpiece! Actually one of my favorites from the album, but OH NO there are more pop elements for half the song so most people dislike it. Heaven forbid… 🙄

Great review of a great album. I too think it would have been nice to include Blessed Be - and also Rule of Nines. Both tracks are so good that they deserve a place on an album.

One of my fav songs on the album for sure.

I absolutely love this album. Top favz are Silk in the Strings, Halcyon, We Live In A Strange World, Holy Roller and Circle With Me. This is the longest time that I have ever been into a band for an age. (Only been into them since late last year). I swear that Spiritbox is boss! I even have a hoody, their digital albums on Apple Music and a tee. Awesomeness!! ❤️‍🔥😎👏🤟

I'm not as in-love with it as I thought i'd be. I guess because they released Circle With Me, and many other songs way ahead, it sort of took the surprise out for me. The only song I ended up putting on repeat once the album came out was Yellowjacket. The rest were just okay tracks. But they didn't hook me. The album didn't hook me like The Mara Effect did. They're still my favorite new band going right now. The success they've attracted over the last few years has been amazing to watch. They went from having trouble getting enough orders to make a vinyl of The Mara Effect to being sold out everywhere and having millions of plays everywhere. They're moving up in festivals, and just killing it.

The album is good but there are far too many softer moments. At times Spiritbox sound more like a pop band with metal as an afterthought.
