The purpose of this video is to improve your spinning back head kick using a wall. The wall will help to align your body when throwing the spinning kick. When using the wall it will help improve body control and balance. It’s essential to be present throughout each stage of the kick. There's a lot of power in the foot when it goes slightly higher than the target, then comes down to make contact. Plus you want your foot to clear your targets hand defenses. Remember, if can't do it slow (Under Control), you end up over rotating (Lose Control). Awesome ✊🏿 Master Roy, as Usual. Oss

My spinning twist kick is a lot better than my regular spinning kick. I'm not sure why this is.
