This was my first experience with you and from me you get an OUTSTANDING. I actually mistakenly bought some phyllo dough (meant to get puffed pastry) and didn't really know what to do with it. Clicked on phyllo recipes and saw this one so I thought I'd give it a try. Followed it pretty much to the T and it turned out just fantastic. Shared it with a couple of friends and they were pretty much blown away by it (as was I). I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks, and I'll certainly be checking more of your videos out.
I absolutely love spanakopita… I use the filling for ravioli, salmon, plain in Phillo…. Just is great for a million recipes!

That looks delicious like everything you make. I am curious, do you think it would work with halibut or cod? I'd love the salmon but my wife does not like salmon. I think she would like it with one of the other types of fish though. And she loves spanakopita.

Salmon not that common in Greece but delish non the less
(: I just want to say that no one use the "farm-raised" salmon or any seafood that is "farm-raised"!!!!! It has bacteria!!!!! :( I don't even know why they come up with these things!!!!! ... :( I didn't even know I was eating "farm-raised" shrimp until I started to notice the taste was different and even the texture is too when you cook them!!!!! ... :( So when I go look at the pkg, it said they were "farm-raised"!!!!! ... :( I was so mad!!!!! I was eating tortillas one day by "Mission" and they did not taste like corn!!!!! ... I checked the label ... They were loaded with soybeans!!!!! ... :( I don't buy them anymore!!!!!

Like spanakopitas but not baked salmons
Way too much butter! Seems like it went from 300 calories to 700. Am I wrong? Why not olive oil? Love your other dishes though.
