Here is the 2nd part of my video diary from my visit to The Freddie Gee Drum Academy in August 22. This is the first part of my evening performance where the focus was on my take of playing death metal with Memoriam. I talked about how I approached constructing & coming up with parts for the bands songs.. The rhythms, drum fills, choice of equipment etc & even my "shuffle" blast beat idea. These two Memoriam tunes I thought were good musical examples to demonstrate all my above points. The sound is raw as it's just off my camera, but it captures the energy well.
