Spider Stove set (former Eta Spider)

Our new Eta Spider with its light burner is one of the most versatile stoves in our Eta range, designed for proper cooking for one or two people. A low centre of gravity makes the stove very stable. And the Eta technology is so efficient, you never need carry more fuel than necessary. Eta Spider has an efficiency rate close to 80 % compared to a conventional outdoor stove that usually has an efficiency rate of 40 %. This means you can cook more or bring less fuel to lower your pack weight.
The standard model is powered by LP gas, but it can be upgraded to a multifuel stove with the Eta Spider Multifuel Kit.

I have this stove and it is absolutely brilliant! It is light and compact and really efficient, best stove I have ever bought. Well done Primus, much better than anything from your competition!

I haven't bought this yet but I am planning to in the next week or so. From what I see this stove is the best option in backpacking.

I'm glad you guys finally decided to increase the budget on your marketing. I'm tired of seeing the backpacking market dominated by Jetboil and MSR. It would be great to see some actual cooking guides and recipes. Perhaps find a chef that likes backpacking and have them prepare meals on a multi day adventure.

@JT W. Eta Spider will run on diesel and kerosene with the MultiFuel Kit but since these fuels are very dirty it will require some more cleaning and maintenance. White gas and gasoline is a lot cleaner and are preferred when available.

Primus Equipment I would love to collaborate with you guys to come up with an 'all' fuel ultra-light (under 475gm with pump).

Bought one recently after watching this. The stove is a bit pricey but worth every penny. Boils water surprisingly fast. I'm considering getting the multifuel kit for use abroad. Can it burn kerosene and diesel like the Omnifuel stoves? It would be nice if you can make a video showing the Eta Spider running on liquid fuel.

If you take just the burner part is this a Spider Express? So with this you have both worlds - Spider Express for ultralight and Spider Set for camp?

Why do most companies use a plastic lid? IMO a lid made of the same material as the pot would be best, plastic seems cheap.
