I think a cool design for the blocks would be like a cam in the center that you turn with a ratchet. It would wedge itself into the channel and you can lock it down with a dowel or make it ratcheting on a spring. Either way, love this and its going on my mod list.

You should just sell the bracket idea/brand to CBI Offroad and Prinsu. This rack looks just like the Prinsu and I'm surprised they haven't "contacted" you yet unless you have an agreement. It's a great idea, but hardly "no drill". Your just not drilling into the roof of the truck itself. That 2 part epoxy probably has the holding strength of a dozen elephants so it's basically epoxy re enforced aluminum pressure blocks. I love new innovations and appreciate the thoughtfulness here.

Chevy have a different ditch rails design. So there for it won’t work with it. Wish it’s the same as Toyota.

Adhesive is a secondary security measured. The design of the blocks is to wedge in the drip rails.
