I also noticed that scene. It was very strange.

"Looks like you're done now. Go outside and play." Lol, I love that! XD They should put that at the end of every video game. After who knows how many hours of just sitting still in front of a blaring TV monitor, I think that sort of encouragement, as well as fresh air, is sorely needed.

The walkthrough was fine, but were you aware that Spider-Man had Web Impact? That was the attack I commonly used during boss fights. That does as much damage to boss villains as punches and kicks without you losing chunks of health.

One thing that confused me as well is how is Goblin such a badass hand to hand fighter, most of the game is him on his glider, which is how it should be, but he's a psychotic businessman in an armored green suit, and I'm more scared of him on the ground than anything else.

So, what do I say about this level? Basically I don't know how I defeated him back then, but I can't now, the reason is because everything is being thrown at me, goblin keeps on throwing me around and the glider keeps on shooting at me. Also back when I was young, when Tobey Maguire's emotionless voice said go outside and play, I'd literally dress up as spider man and go onto my trampoline.

One I played this mission I remember that Green Goblin made fire come out his glider on the bridge when I going to rescue M.J. Then Goblin came and then burned the whole bridge down I was hella mad. But luckily I passed the whole game.

That's a good purchase. This is an overall enjoyable game but I stopped playing it once SM2 released. The free roam is so much better.

THE BEST LVL WAS PINEAPPLE HEAD SHOCKER DOWN IN THE GRAND CENTRAL STATION SUBWAY.

Probably so players wouldn't spam web dome and impact webbing. Web dome didn't exist in subsequent games and impact web didn't cause damage after this game.

And the first Spider-Man game that was on the PS1 also didn’t let you go down to the ground, but at least they gave you a reason for it: the fact that Spider-Man was framed for pulling off what was eventually revealed to be a fake heist. And that gas you saw? It was being pumped out to prepare people for symbiosis.

***** i was so confused back then. lol. I tought that spiderman would wear the mask, in his own if i didn't play the game for 2 weeks, it took me so long and so many years to even reliaze what was the main story, i couldn't differenciate between the main story, and the extra levels, and the wharehouse level was ridicously hard, it took me for years tops to complete the second half of that level then i finally reached uncle ben and shocker then vulture i don't think i knew how to save game in that time or may have forgotten to save game. Then i quickly because i knew the drill completed all the levels, and finally got stablised with the game. it took me ages, and even back then when i use to burrow games for 1 week,like gta vice city, i tought that game was just for fun there was no story, then it took me years to reliaze that i had to go to pink markers to complete missions it was ridicolous

Joe Schlabotnik Dispite all that I still hold fond memories of the game. It had some difficulty to it, and interesting levels. Though the web swinging aerial fights were cool they got annoying espeacially the razor bat fights.

+DMac 4214 Why would you say that? For me, I'd have to disagree because typically when a game is based on a film, it's never meant to be a console exclusive. It's meant to reach out to everybody on different consoles. Only games that should sometimes be exclusive to consoles are original IPs. Remember, games based on films are meant to just coincide with the release of a popular movie and the developers would like to get as many sales as possible on different consoles. Limiting it to one console would lose out on a ton of sales.
