The detail on the symbiote suit is spot on throughout the game. Harry first used it as Agent Venom, but then it transitioned to Peter as the Black Suit, where it looks a bit tactical while also keeping traces of some shiny, symbiote look to it. The moment Dr. Connors showed the meteorite to Spider-man at that point, it changed to the more sinister look for the symbiote suit, revealing the sinister side to the Symbiote.

Loved this part. Reminded me of the Spectacular Spider-Man animated series. Peter went to sleep and the sinister six started causing chaos. The symbiote took them all down while Peter was asleep for the entire fight. Even Doc Ock commented on the fact he had nothing to say during the fight

Yeah, but what I really liked about this concept in spectacular series is that the symbiote itself was not as rageful but twice as smart. He literally used Peter’s old tricks on Sinister Six and, after failing, he quickly adapted and took out the whole bunch of baddies using strategy and tactics only.

For some reason i like it when the Protagonist acts like a villain or looks like it, its so cool

I love how they do a mix between the comics and the animated show. In the comics, he didn't get mood swings (no pun intended) Or become evil. The suit just took him on rides, and he was tired and had blackouts. It was the animated 90's show that made him aggressive, angry and an asshole, which was later adapted into the movies and other shows. This game really makes the symbiote a character on itself. It looks DISGUSTING and alive as it should.

I like the second stage of the symbiote suit and how it leans more and more towards Venom. In some scenes in the game with Peter and the symbiote, kinda reminds me of the Spectacular Spider Man show, Spiderman 3 movie and tasm 2.

I'm ngl as much as I love this game and think its the best Spider-Man experience by far, I wish we got another mission or two like this with the Symbiote in total control of Pete and with him just acting like a dick to everyone. Coulda used a lil more "go pop some more pills" type moments lmaoooo

That was actually a major plot point in the comics as well and the primary reason why Peter rejected the Symbiote in the first place. Spectacular was the first Spidey media that adapted that particular part of the story since the previous mediums have used the Symbiote negatively influencing the user plot point that got introduced in the 90s animated series

The Symbiote out of control

When I first saw this, I was like "WHAT THE FUCK!!" This Symbiote Spiderman gave me all kinds of nightmare fuel in this game. He's the full package of being bad ass, savage, vicious, nasty, merciless, and scary and nightmarish as he wants to be. The symbiote was planting evil thoughts in his mind and his voice was slightly changing into Venom. He was slowly becoming a monster that he didn't want to be 👍👍💯💯

i remember that one story where Peter died and Symbiote took his body and cocooned himself around it and merged with dead body...
