You are such a joy to watch, Malin. For some reason you are the only vegan cooking channel I watch (and there's a few I like) that always seems effortless to watch. My attention span isn't always the greatest with cooking shows (lol). However, when I see one of your videos not only do I make it to the end of the video...I always find myself wanting to see more of it. Your way of presenting and explaining everything is easy to understand, and pleasant. I always find myself hungry after one of your videos! 😊

I loved seeing your coloring supported by the lovely blue background. This soup is similar to one I have thrown together before but it is helpful to have a measured out recipe. Just made crispy tofu for a carnivore friend the other day and she loved it. I credit you!

I tried to check your website a few times today and I couldn't access it. I am not sure if there is something wrong

It’s a balmy 74 at 10:30 am here in Texas with about 100% humidity. We are glad not to have the freezing weather we had a week ago, however. I wish we had gradual weather changes but that’s not the case usually. This soup looks delicious. I bought myself a tofu press. I’m thinking this would be a good recipe to try. It looks delicious as do all your recipes.
