Haha, I do try! I studied Spanish in upper secondary school and some things are still with me but I definitely couldn't have a conversation in the language sadly 🙈

I think this one was made with almonds or it was by the brand Philadelphia, I can't quite remember now 🙈

advice from Egypt. Please look in the mirror, you are very sick. I understand your ethical concerns, eat at least some eggs, or some wild meat, or some fish. Your gut needs to relax and heal, cutting the fibre is a good idea right now and eating some animal products. Veganism should be a diet and not a religion.
