This video is amazing but can you do like a weight training video
My son is in 6th grade in TX and I was looking for the right video to help him improve agility, co-ordination, and conditioning. The days of just buying your kid a weight bench and thinking that is enough are gone. To compete at a high level in the 21st Century, even the big fellas and gals have to move like cheetahs. This video will not only make my son a better player, it will give him confidence heading into his first year of football at school. Also, it will make him safer on the field and that fact can not be minimized. This video is pure gold and we get the information for FREE! I just shared this video with my buddy whose daughter plays on an elite soccer team. These drills transfer perfectly to other sports, like soccer and basketball. A huge Texas Thank You for making this video and posting it for us!
