    @@andrewtpug6600 oh yea he has room to grow he may be expected to be phenomenal out the gate but he’s the type to have to grow over a few seasons. But as for now the Pats needa draft straight offense and maybe a d line man cuz Cam and whoever else at qb have one weapon and that’s a rb(if cam isn’t already running it himself)

    Crazy because David Montgomery’s last part of this season has been stellar. He’s been playing like a CLEAR top 3-5 back in the league after starting of nowhere near those levels. His training definitely works.

    As a Bears fan I knew he had this in him all along, thing is for the first 10 weeks of the season our o line was terrible, we had a d lineman starting on o line. Monty would get hit behind the line of scrimmage and still get 2 or 3 yards but now that our o line is fixed he can actually get some holes and he's been cookin and I'm so glad people are recognizing it

    Real bear fans knew what Montgomery was out of college I believe he had the highest yardage after contact and or most broken takles ratio the bears had to purge out inconsistencies on the o-line..if me and my brother's had this dude to work out with ot would have been cray! .. good feet transitions welll to any sport ..

    I had noticed how much footwork had improved over the last few years. Now I know how that came about. Those exercises look like they would improve anyone's footwork. Maybe I can adapt them to my workout and improve my odds against falling. Which is a concern for someone 72.

    As a personal trainer myself I always say you don’t have to be the strongest, fastest, genetically gifted just willing to put in the work and hunger to be great. Discipline and dedication is one of the toughest task for a lot of people. This dude’s on another level, keep at it my man🙌🏽✊🏽💯

    as a Patriots fan, I'm upset that this training hasn't worked for Harry... Dude has a great catch radius and he's physical but his footwork off the line is atrocious.

    Footwork king blocked me from my own footwork account on IG, because he thought I was "stealing" his drill... never thought somebody could "steal" a drill from another trainer. I used to look up to this guy, but it is what it is.

    This is what you call skill. Learn a skill that others are willing to pay lots of money for. Helps that he is passionate about it. Sometimes you may not be passionate about it but when you push hard to be good at it, passion develops naturally, because you see it helping people in real time.
