Because French and English are languages of mzungu colonists. Many reasons not to use it. Swahili would be a lingua franca for Africa that is African!

What he was saying is that Magufuli has zero tolerance on corruption,tax evasion,complacency in public service and others. Also Kenya is the leading investor in Tanzania among African countries( USD 1bn ) ,also the ultimate goal was to raise economic growth of Tanzania from 7.2% per annum to 7.9% after inflation adjustments. Further, Tanzania and Kenya are relatives who should enjoy economic benefits for people in both countries with presidents acting as catalysts for economic growth. Tanzania and Kenya have more in common than differences. Two countries need to strengthen ties for mutual benefit of common people in the countries . A translation. Just in a nutshell

It is true that some few Tanzanians did not like him but now Iam sure that they have realised that Tanzania once had someone as precious as gold and now we lost him. He propelled us to the lower middle economy in just five years while others took decades and never achieved what he achieved. He instilled self confidence in us that fear nothing if you put God first. He was a president for common people. Like Mahatma Gandhi was to India,so was Magufuli to Tanzania and the rest of Africa. I think you have read our neighbours wishing Magufuli was their president

Holly Kenyan I have always known nyumbu to mean a "mule" and kongoni to mean a "wildebeest." However when I consulted my Kamusi ya Kiswahili Sanifu I found that nyumbu has two meanings. 1. wildebeest 2. mule. So I guess he is not wrong when he used nyumbu for wildebeest.
