Their nice beach is actually at the Island hopping sites (Maya bay etc), and some exclusive enclave away from Patong. Patong is more lile for partying pretty much like our Bora station 2. But yeah mas maganda pa rin beaches natin, we lag big time in terms of tourism infrastructure and super mahal ng hotels sa atin. 😅

Hi! Glad you liked our vlog :) Credit card is not mandatory. All expenses will still be placed on your Seapass Card but you may just pay all expenses at the Guest Services night before disembarkation. Hope this helps.

Nice vlog. May I know what time did the ship arrived in Penang and Phuket? Was it sharp as scheduled? Or was it delayed?

For our sailing, the arrival schedule was 8:00am for both Penang and Phuket. The ship was on time all the time, both arrival and departure. Thanks for watching :)

Why didn't you ride on a tuktuk? Is it too expensive?

Hi! The port was on Patong Beach already. It's just a bit on the far end. So just a few minutes walk and you'll be by the 'swimmable' area. Just depends which places you want to go to or what places you want to visit. The sign "PATONG' for picture taking and the Bangla Walking Street are on the other end of the beach so that's quite a walk (around 15mins) from the jetty.

Hi! I believe there is enough time since you can go down as early as 8am and need to be back by 7pm. SHOREX offers island hopping trips also. Just make sure the tour you’re going to get will give you enough time to be back at least 2 hours before call time.

It all depends on which package you choose. For the 7 night cruise, the ship stops overnight at Phuket

On the tender boats do you know what is the earliest we can catch to Patong beach? And when would be the last tender boat back to the mother ship? :) Am looking for island hopping tour (not RC Shore Ex) but I hope I can get off the cruise ship early to make the tour.

Hi! If I remember correctly, the tender boats were ready as early as 8am. And last trip will be around an hour before call time. For our trip, we had to be back on the ship by 7pm since sail away time is 8pm. Just make sure to be back on port at least 2 hours before call time if you're going to get an external tour operator to be safe :)

Hi! Only if you want to purchase the food and drinks packages or shore excursions. For the activities, you can only access them after connecting to the ship’s wifi. The only show we prebooked was Silk Road.

Hi! All visa requirements are already checked on embarkation. No need for visa anymore when you go down the ports since you’ll just bring your Seapass Card.
