Just to clarify lang about the gratuities. You have 2 options, pre-pay it meaning kasama na sya sa total when you book your cruise, or have it charged on your card by the end of your cruise. How is this different from what was explained on the video? Well, pwede mo syang idecline when you book your cruise, so di mo muna sya babayaran tapos sa end of cruise mo na lang sya ipapacharge sa CC mo. Most people lang pay for it na so they won't have to worry about it na later but some people opt out of it pre-cruise since it's kinda not right nga naman to pay tips sa service na di mo pa nga alam kung magiging good or bad :D Yes, you can also decline paying gratuities all together if there are extreme inconvenience or poor service na naexperience mo sa ship. You have to coordinate with guest services desk to have this request accommodated. Also about PWD rooms or as they call it accessible staterooms, you can request for one if there's availability. Pro is much larger ang room at the same price, and it's usually close to the elevator so helpful if like Yosh's mom na merong may mobility issues sa inyo. Tho limited lang sila so book early. And you have to fill out guest special needs form for it. No medical certificates needed. Gratuities nga pala is 16 USD per night per guest. And disclaimer, all this info is based on if you book directly sa Royal Caribbean website. Not sure if same if travel partners. Yun lang :D

Great video, my wife and I love your sense of humor. We live on Cape Panwa in Phuket. During low season (April-November) the Spectrum docks at Ao Makham pier directly across from our condo. This is on the east coast instead of the west coast (Patong). Taxis and ride shares available when you disembark, 15 minutes to Phuket Town and 3 minutes to our favorite beach, Ao Yon. Just subscribed!

Last week lang kami nasa Spectrum .. kadalasan ang mga immigration officer na ang nasa ship..scan lang ang sea pass at pwede ka na bumaba..a day before ng embarkation lang ibibigay ang passport at Thailand lang ang tatak..Sa palagay ko kahit na walang tatak ang passport natin naka encoded na yun sa passport.. yes ang food wan to sawa..meron din ibang resto ma may bayad.. Pero busog talaga sa mga free food .Hope it helps..

Both times po namin, around 10AM na kami nakababa. Yung unang beses, something to do with SG Immigration na parang may inaayos pa sila, so di muna nila pina-disembark mga passengers. The last time naman, kami na yung nagpahuli para di makipagsabayan. Check nyo po ung e-docs nyo kung what time schedule na makakabalik ng SG. Kung same po tayo ng itinerary and wala namang delay, I think kaya naman po umabot sa 1:55PM na flight. Another thing na pwede nyo pong gawin is to ask help from Guest Services. Let them know po yung schedule ng flight nyo kasi there might be a way na mauna kayo sa pagbaba.

You could walk. You could also take those tuktuk-type rides. Grab is ok too. You could check the fare here: www.grab.com/my/fare-check/ But traffic around the fare area is bad so better to walk.

Nung time po kasi namin, may Tune Talk na pede sa SG, Malaysia and Thailand. Un po ung ginamit namin. Pero nagstop na po sila magdeliver sa Pinas nung May, so wala po ako masuggest now kasi wala pa po ako natry na iba.

As far as I know, if you enter Singapore for tour purposes, there is no such requirement as asked by yourself.

I think so po. Hindi pa namin nasubukan pero may mga nakakasalubong kami na may dalang food from restos. Basta I think dapat ikaw ang magdala kasi kapag ipa-room service mo, may charge.

@@thepoortraveler sa May 4 sailing namin napanood ko kc vlog nyo kaya kumuha din po kami ng husband ko ng cruise. pasensya na sa tagalog ko i'm from cebu kc. matagal na akong follower sa blog nyo malaking tulong yung sinabi nyo na letter lng ang isubmit if walang itr para makakuha ng visa for japan and korea. nagpa balik balik na po kami sa hokkaido 3 times every winter and 2 times sa korea at yun ay dahil sa blog nyo na nabasa ko. maraming salamat! yes you may ask the waiters / servers na you will bring it to your stateroom ...lalagyan nila ng cover or maayos na container --- there's also a complimentary room service . The continental breakfast items on the room service menu are complimentary.

We booked 8:30-ish. May nights na 9pm na pag wala nang available. The first show usually starts at 7pm yata, if I remember correctly. 1 hour lang yun, so 8:30 is OK. If napaaga kayo ng 30 minutes, oks lang, just queue up and they'll still assign a table sa inyo pag may available. :)

Hmmm. For me po, medyo risky. Most Phi Phi tours po kasi that we found start at 7AM. And the ship is scheduled to arrive in Phuket at 8AM. Plus the wait time to tender. 10:30am na kami nakababa. Also, most Phi Phi tours use a port sa southeast ng Phuket, which is sa kabilang side pa, far from Patong. And grabe 'yung traffic minsan lalo pag malakas ang ulan. 'Yung last time na nag-Phi Phi Tour kami (separate trip nung November last year), ung nabook namin, based sa itinerary dapat by 5pm nakabalik na kami sa Patong. Pero past 7pm na kami nakabalik. Kaya we decided na for the cruise stop, parang hindi namin bet mag-island hopping, especially after our close call in Penang. 😅

It varies, just check online. I just booked a cruise for next year for 4 people, I paid almost $2,000. It’s more money because I chose the room with the balcony. 😊 Oh, gratuities is not included on what I paid. I usually pay it after.

Promo po kasi namin nakuha tas months in advance namin binook. Mas mura pa po sana kung interior room. Nasa 15K lang that time. Pero mas pinili na lang namin ung may balcony.

Good day! We just had this cruise last week po. As to the SG Immigration, need lang po magsubmit/register (online) ng SG arrival card. Pagdating sa Changi Airport, i-scan lang yung passport. Pag nakasubmit na ng SG arrival card, wala na po problema. Wala na po questions.

Tinanong lang kung saan papunta, ano gawain dun. Since, government employee ako, hinanapan lang ng Authority to Travel. Yung lang. Though, nagprepare ako ng ibang travel/supporting documents in case maghanap pero wala naman. @@b.ioneonly4180
