Beautiful home but for the price point and the stairway to the second floor, there should had been an elevator in the original plan. It can be a pretty steep climb for a handicapped or older person.

Depends on the comps and community. If it's a 5 Mill community it's ag. I wonder how many 5 million houses are for sale in the surrounding area. That's the million dollar question. But for face value of this video, it looks about right. Gaurd gated, golf Mediterranean etc etc. My opinion.

This has to be one of my favorite homes that you've shown over the years, Chakits. The architecture, beautiful windows and the herringbone bricks in the bar area is amazing. The views of the Las Vegas strip and the backyard is spectacular. I love the mature landscape, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. It feels like a luxurious home, especially with the staircase. This is an ideal home and being located in Henderson makes it even better.😃😃

This is my FAVORITE house that you have shown. It just flows and makes sense. It is modern but it’s still very cozy and warm. And it’s luxury. Beautiful. The laundry is a tad bit small but they still have a full size washer and dryer with cabinet space and sink so it’s doable. This is 10 out of 10

I think the point that you made repeatedly is what sets this remodel apart from others---the builders incorporated a lot of what was there into the design and finish of the new look. Its now a modern home, but has a lot of heart by keeping the classic pieces (tile, arches, windows, etc.).

I love it! It's perfect. I'm sure you could put a lift in it next to the stairs fairly easy. Minor quirks: I don't like that sink/cabinet sticking out into the doorway in that downstairs bath. I'd get frosted glass for those shower windows.

Hey Chakits! Double check that ZLine range. I believe they've be recalled due to the oven emitting carbon monoxide when it's on (it may just be the 30 and 36 inch) - yikes!!! Otherwise, this home is simply GORGEOUS!!!!

Before the rehab

I liked the original design of this property before the interior re-design. You should’ve seen what it look like 6 or 7 years ago. All it needed was a minor remodel/facelift.

Too cut up,nice stove,but when they are asking that kind of my there should have been at least one electric oven.

Am I the only one that thinks the front gate doesn't look right because the wall is low? You would think if there's a court yard gate the walls would be atleast higher than the court yard gate 🤷🏽‍♂️💯

Wow not a big deal wat were they thinking wen they put the toilet that close to the glass shower door pretty stupid

The kitchen and view is nice. The original pool tile is dated. The interior layout shows its age. The front entrance is terrible. It looks unfinished.
