This is a 16 tube superhetrodyne for receiving WWV at 2.5, 5, 10, 15 and 20 MHz. It has a scope and a Collins Radio mechanical filter.

What is the purpose of the tiny cathode ray tube? I saw a few brief flashes on it during this video, but nothing that looked like useful information. Perhaps the display was simply too faint for the camera under the room lighting conditions.

Which model Specific Products WWV Receiver is this? The resolution in the video is too low to read the panel silk screening.

I believe it is a Model WWVC.
