As salamu Aaleykum. What reciters do you recommend for children to listen to while trying to memorize the Quran?

Husary, Minshawi, in sha Allah
why would reading arabic precede memorizing but not understanding arabic? if you read a sentence to an arab child, they can memorize on the first or second go, whereas a non-arab child would memorize it a lot more slowly because it's just a random string of letters to them. what's easier, memorizing a word (word) or memorizing a long string of random letters (sdfasf)

Because the child doesn’t have big capacity for understanding but as their young their brain is moist and it’s easier to memorise so that’s given prior and when they grow up then they’ll focus on understanding and revision

@@de5iner i get it, but i think parents should either speak Arabic with their kids or teach them Arabic just like they teach them English, starting with nursery rhymes for example. They don't have to understand every word, just the basic ones. Btw without considering the content, do you think the modern method s of teaching kids are more effective or the memorization method? How so? Because the last time i checked they don't actually memorize anything. Honestly speaking, that's super tedious for kids
