In terms of ranking, royal ludroth hunts are shorter while css is 110% of your effort just to stay alive and your hunts will average 10 minutes, assuming imperfect gameplay. royal ludroth is free zenny and materials. Basarios is a longer hunt, but it cycles through its patterns, making the hunt monotonous. Barroth enforces patience or cart. If you are hyper agressive, you will cart to the choo choo train. Also, you have to watch for the mud armor, lest your blood blight regen 0 damage, resulting in a cart. Overall, you can tank 1 hit. After that you need to heal manually or through blood blight, all without getting hit by followups.
