is it worth it running strife and blood awakening on the same set? Or does the small red health bar that comes from dereliction immediatly after healing already justify using that skill?

Im running it for damage up time throughout the hunt. Strife + dereliction will always be active. Bloodawakening will be active once you are blighted or break parts.
