I like brinjal chutney very much. I always wanted to do it home but only spoiled 😢 it. I noticed brinjal gets burned on high flames which should be the reason. In this video, asked me to slow cook which i did and wow 😍 it came out well. Now i liked my own dish compared to hotel 😁
