Super super super.There is a dish in Hyderbad "Baigan ka salan" for Biryani.This can be used as a side dish for Biryani. Folks , I have made some modifications in the interest of Time and to reduce oil use. I will combine the second and third frying as one. Ie Fry /Saute with curry masal onions tomatoes ginger garlic paste and cashew .Then grind into a paste. Either add Mint ,corriander leaves after adding the deep fried Brinjal or use it to garnish in the end. I have given many variations. Try them. I will try them during Xmas .
