Dear Mr Venkatesh, your ennai kathirikai recipe turned out superbly. Have tried it several times before but it was always too spicy, too mushy etc. Your recipe was just perfect. Thank you - I enjoy your presenting style which has just enough detailed information without being boring. I dont think you should worry about people who complain about too much butter etc. Obviously one has to suit the recipe to one's own taste and all should have the common sense to do that. Hello chef, I tried this recipe yesterday. As you said the taste was amazing. Couldn't stop eating. Had it for all the three meals. Kept little to eat in the third day 😂
Sir my great grand mother who was no doubt very efficient in cooking used to say that we should add the whole salt of cooking in the vegetable itself which will get spread evenly in the whole sabji what ever we prepare.l am doing it it really helps sir .l have shared my view sir.thanku for making our lives easier.
We attempted this excellent dish for the second time. When we did for the first time, there were guest in our home, so we could not preserve it for a few days and enjoy it. but we are able to do it this time..Sir - we can not thank you enough for sharing your recipes. Brinjal is not my favorite vegetable as such, but after having this, OMG!!! I can not express my happiness... thanks again for this and most importantly thanks a lot of telling the secret that it will be at it's best after two - three days!!!

I am always used to try all your dishes with exact measurements you tell and all the dishes comes out very tasty. Particularly this "ENNAI KATRIKAI" as you said I had prepared it in the evening when you posted and served it next day for lunch, unbelievable it was extremely awesome and everyone enjoyed the dish. I am an ardent follower of Venkatesh Bhatt style of cooking and I love watch him cooking and i adopt the same methods and the dishes comes very tasty and everyone appreciate my cooking. I have done all the parippu, dosa podies ,rasama, sambar, vethal kuzhambu and ennai kathirikkai and Puli engy etc. All very innovative style. The Pongal came out so well everyone kept eating and wanted more and more. Gifted chef and would continue to try more new items. I tried his style of urla roast came out very well.

I tried this today (18 March 2021) . Taste is completely different . Usually I prepare a paste with Chana dhall, corriander seeds, jeera , pepper, garlic , pepper . But this taste completely different. Usually in marriage function, they used to prepare like this ...thanks sir for the recipe..
