I love how the Spartan marching band makes multiple formations including spinning the S, The Shield MSU, and now the Spartan head. All Michigan's band does is make a skinny, anemic looking m.

Yes. Michigan needs to improve their formations. So many other schools beat UM hands down at it.

Michigan fans only know the hail part in their fight song, but msu fans know the whole fight song!

I have to say, as a Spartan, I love the slow realization by the Michigan stans and then booing after you guys spun the S. Very well done

4:45 I love how a couple of the members of the MMB in the lower left corner were kick stepping along with the Spartans 😂

Wow, I have never been prouder of our band. To the the field in a hail of boos and show their class by playing the anthem of the enemy then taking their emblem and putting it our Spartan helmet in front of a packed house...grow up little sister, this is how it is done, Go State!

Being an Illinois fan aggressive rivalries don't make much sense to me. There's Purdue which the only reason the rivalry exists is that the two schools are so close that you can go to the game and be home again at a reasonable hour as a student. Northwestern because of the fact that there are tons of Illini fans in Chicago, but that's Northwestern's backyard. Ohio state literally killed the trophy for that rivalry it was a Galapagos turtle, but Ohio State didn't bother feeding it after they won it for the first time way back when) and Missouri because of reasons no one really knows or cares about. In general, no one cares enough to boo the Illini
