This is what I love about Nikkie, she's not afraid to act upon criticism instead of disregarding it completely. Tutorials may have been overdone in the past but his video was like a breath of fresh air on her channel. She even switched up some products to make it more affordable for her viewers. She pretty much did everything right with this video (but probably should've linked one of her past brow tutorials to clear up any confusion). All in all, keep it up queen! Proud is an understatement.

This video I think is what we all wanted and very relatable they was less expensive things and not a $1000 face there where also tips that where helpful. I’ve done my makeup for years of course but I don’t know how to blend very well I guess cause I can’t do these eye looks 😂😂 I need every step explained so I have a chance in hell of recreating the look. Honestly, thank you Nikkie for uploading a makeup tutorial that goes all the way back to the basics! It's so useful to see how to do everything from the ground up, especially for those of us who don't feel so experienced with what we're supposed to do - theory and watching beauty gurus do it is one thing, but sometimes it looks so different when we do it ourselves and it's hard to pinpoint where we went wrong :') this old-fashioned tutorial is super super useful! ❤️

Gosh I love how in depth you are with your explanations. Someone who has never done makeup would have no problem following this tutorial.

I do really miss in-depth tutorials like this.

I feel like a cool idea would be to make a mini-tutorial series where each “episode” focuses on one aspect of makeup. One episode could be “bronzer/contour” and you really go in depth on that (shades, brushes, where on the face to place it, etc). Some other episodes could be eyeshadow, brows, “the base”, and whatever else you can think of! 💞💞💞

Absolutely loved this video; Thank you so much for rewinding. I know you may feel like you are constantly reiterating yourself, but just as you "tap" your sponge, we need the reminders. With the make up trends constantly changing, it is helpful to know the basics, the necessities.... I absolutely loved this video. And if you want to have some fun and not feel so replayed, maybe try testing some of those "beauty hacks" again. I loved those videos you did too.

I'd like to see a tutorial series that goes in depth about certain steps of a full make-up look. So, one video all about your foundation and concealer. How to make it work for different skin types, how to prolong the wear of it. How you can touch up during the day. But also, different variations from full-glam to office appropriate. I'd also like to see more about contouring your face for different face shapes. Same for eye make-up for different eye-shapes. Also, maybe you can have some models on your channel to showcase this on a different face shapes and complexions? I know you love the full coverage and full glam looks but in all honesty I'd like to see you branch out more and step a little bit away from the instagram trend. I loved your natural make-up look from winter wonderweek. Much love from Germany.

I agree. It would be great if she found different people with different skin types to sort-of do an experiment. For example, someone with acne prone skin: how does make up wear on them throughout the day, what type of foundation, concealer, etc. goes best for them. Being that she has so much experience with make-up, this could be a great way to engage more viewers, and gain some insight on other skin types.
